The Last Post

This is my last blog post. Hopefully I provided you guys with some valuable information, and some good conversation. For those of you with tattoos hopefully you guys found some stuff you never knew and, for those of you who don't have tattoos I hope I gave you enough information to decide if you would want one or not. I enjoyed writing and posting pictures of my tattoo and other peoples tattoos. I feel like I covered more about tattoos then I knew myself.. It almost felt like a research project on tattoos but I liked it. I found stuff that I will find useful later on.

If anybody has anything to say about the blogs I would love to read it. As I said I hope i helped people with tattoos and gave you some interesting things to read. I'll probably get another tattoo or so later on in life if I find myself inspired to do so.

Just remember if your going to get a tattoo to be informed, find the right place. Remember these things will be on your body for the rest of your life unless you get painful laser removal. Some last tips I can offer is to go to a place you feel comfortable, find a good artist, and never go for the cheapest go for the best skill. Thanks for listening everyone!

Eye Tattoos?!

I just found out that people can get tattoos on their actual eyeball. It's not even really a tattoo its more of just an ink blotch. I cant see why anybody would ever want to get this done. First of all it ruins your eyes and could possibly damage your eye as well. Why in the world would anybody want a circle dot of color just on the whites of your eyes. I bet that kind of thing would hurt like no other as well. Tattoos on the skin are tolerable. In fact some people do not even find it painful. I would NEVER let a needle go into my eye.. How do they even keep their eyes open?

Has anybody ever seen this tattoo yet? Would any of you guys ever consider getting an eye tattoo? I feel like getting this would make you go blind later on in life or just make you look funny. At least with a tattoo you don't like you can cover it up with clothes or something. This thing will be there for a long time and I feel like it will have more health risks then a normal tattoo. Ink isn't made to go into your eyes! - I'm going to post a picture of this but I warn you it isn't for the faint of heart!

Wait, my mom wants what?

After I got my tattoo and some months after my mom cooled down she actually expressed to me how she wants to get a tattoo. My mom said she wanted to get a heart on her foot with my sister, my brother, and my initials inside of it. I never thought my mom as the type to get a tattoo and, the best part is she was serious about it. I know a lot of people talk a big game when it comes to these kinds of things but she was for real. I can't picture my mom ever getting a tattoo; the thought is so strange to me. I feel like seeing someone like that in a tattoo place is just weird and getting it as late in life as she.. I don't know I just don't see the point. I guess I can't complain though she can do what she wants. We'll see if she actually gets it or not.

Does anybody have any parents with tattoos, or perhaps have a friend or family member with a tattoo. How would you guys feel if your mom or dad had or wanted to get a tattoo. Is this something normal in your family or out of the ordinary. Let me know!

Tattoos & Piercing?

All the time I hear people talking about having Tattoos AND piercing. I always find myself wondering how these two go together. I actually don't see to many people with piercing with tattoos and vise versa. Does anybody have both? or just one? Has anybody ever considering getting one because they have the other?

Me personally I've never thought of getting a piercing before. I think they are cool though and for me add some attraction when on the opposite sex. I feel like though people assume if you have one you have the other and like I said I cannot put my finger on the reason. I know tattoos are one thing but I think piercing goes beyond just because so many people get random spots pierced(I guess you can say the same thing for tattoos too). I don't know though I feel like I would never get a piercing regardless of having a tattoo.

How do you guys feel about both piercing and tattoos? Do you think they go together well or just two completely different things?

Simply Stupid Tattoos

I don't normally make fun of people's tattoos.. I mean to some I have a stupid one myself. Although, I would have to say something about "some" tattoos on people. Take for example Steve-O of MTV's hit show Jackass. Has anybody seen that guys tattoos. What in the world is he thinking? Who gets a tattoo of himself on his back! I mean it's one thing to get a quote you like or a saying, or even your last name but to get a self portrait. I think he's going to regret that when he gets older. I can't even look passed any reasoning for something like that. It doesn't even end there with him either, he has other tattoos that are just foolish

Does anybody know anyone with some tattoos that you just cant explain? Anybody ever see a tattoo that you just have to ask y
ourself what in the world where they thinking. I would lo
ve to hear what other people have to say about simply stupid tattoos that they have seen. For fun I'm going to post some that I found online that may make some of you laugh. Enjoy!
One of them is Steve-Os and the other is just a random one. Either way they are both pretty funny to me.

To Many Tats?

I don't understand why people cover themselves in tattoos. Tattoos are supposed to be meaningful pieces of art but I feel like some people go overboard. I was looking at some pictures and I just don't understand why the over abundance of tattoos. I don't personally know anybody with more then a dozen tattoos so I don't understand the logic behind it. There are people who have so many tattoos they cannot even remember some on their body. I feel like this is a contradiction on why get a tattoo in the first place.

I bring this up because of the MTV episode of "I regret my tattoo" seeing one man covered in tattoo I found myself questioning his logic. He is now paying the price finding it hard to get a job while trying to support a family. I feel like doing something like covering yourself in ink will just make life harder for you and ruin your body. Don't get me wrong I love tattoos but at some point I feel like people can go overboard with the amount and the randomness of the tattoo. At the same time I don't know personally why they would do it and if they had meaning I would change my attitude.

Does anybody know anybody with a lot of tattoos? Do you know the reasoning in why they have so many and what they mean? I would love to find out how they decided on getting so many and what's behind it all. I also want to point out I do not mean people like the tiger guy or lizard guy. I think that is just plain foolish, I'm talking about people who have many different types of tattoos everywhere. Let me know!
